Looking for Center-Based RBTs (Brooksville Center /Dade City Center) Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Luminescence Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.
We are currently seeking individuals with availability Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

## Position Responsibilities
* Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
* Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
* Collect and record behavioral data accurately
* Assist in implementing individualized treatment goals
* Utilize reinforcement and behavior reduction strategies
* Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure consistency of care
* Maintain professional documentation and session records
Qualifications
* Active BACB RBT Certification required
* Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or developmental disabilities preferred
* Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
