Experienced Commercial Electrician
We are currently looking for skilled Commercial Electricians to join our team for long-term construction projects located in Lancaster, PA. This is a full-time, first-shift role offering a competitive wage of $28–$35 per hour, based on your professional background. Our current project pipeline includes a variety of new commercial builds, facility renovations, and system upgrades.
Primary Duties
Commercial Electrical Installation

Execute the installation of EMT, Rigid, IMC, and flexible conduit systems

Utilize hand and mechanical tools to bend and shape conduit for precise fitment
-
Manage the pulling and termination of feeder and branch circuit conductors
-
Support the installation of lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and various electrical components
-
Assist in the setup of switchgear, transformers, disconnects, and electrical panels
-
Ensure all electrical equipment is securely mounted and properly wired to improve system reliability
Blueprint & Layout

Analyze electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and blueprints to guide project execution

Plan and mark out conduit pathways to ensure project specifications are met

Collaborate with other trade professionals to streamline site workflow
Testing & Troubleshooting

Utilize specialized testing equipment to verify circuit and system functionality
-
Diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to restore system performance
-
Ensure all completed work strictly adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
Safety
-
Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols to maintain a secure job site
-
Keep the workspace tidy and organized to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team
Qualifications

At least five years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical construction
-
Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
-
Proven proficiency in the installation and bending of EMT conduit
-
Capability to lift weights of up to 75 lbs as required by the job
-
Provision of your own standard electrical hand tools and OSHA-compliant PPE
-
Commitment to following NEC and OSHA safety standards, with OSHA certification being a plus
-
Willingness to undergo a drug screening as part of our drug-free workplace policy

Legal authorization to work within the United States
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
