HR Coordinator
Location: Doral, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $50,000–$62,000 annually

Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support talent acquisition and day-to-day human resources operations. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Manage pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings (when applicable), and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, terminations, leave administration, employment verifications, and exit interviews.
- Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor HR workflows to ensure timely approvals and completion of required documentation.
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and internal HR communications.
- Coordinate company events, recognition activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist with unemployment claims, immigration documentation, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Provide occasional support to nearby office locations as needed.
- Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or administrative support.
- Experience working with an HRIS or applicant tracking system is preferred.
