**HVAC TECH TO START IMMEDIATELY!
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to efficiently undertake a variety of HVAC work. A successful Technician must have a thorough knowledge of all HVAC systems, including water-cooled heatpumps. They are patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain HVAC systems
- Remove and re-install HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot, locate and repair issues in HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace broken AC drainage lines, clogged drains, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
Required Skills (read carefully)
- Proven experience, at least 5 YEARS **(do NOT apply if you don't)
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems, and duct-work
- Ability to handle HVAC tools and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with patience and good appearance
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
- Valid driver's license (GOOD / CLEAN driving records)
- Bilingual - speak, write, and read fluent English, and able to communicate in Spanish (English is required)
- All his own hand tools (it's a plus but not required)
- Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship is a plus
- Willingness to learn plumbing and help in the plumbing field.
- **PLUMBING experience is a major plus!
- **PIPE-FITTING experience is a plus!

Pay: Hourly rate is depending on verifiable experience, paid holidays, paid vacation, and bonuses. Overtime hrs are also available.
