Retail & Order Fulfillment Associate – Treasure Lilly Boutique
Treasure Lilly Boutique is looking to add 3 Retail & Order Fulfillment Associates to our team!
This position is a mix of customer service, retail, online order fulfillment, and inventory management. We’re looking for people who are friendly and comfortable working with customers, but who also aren't afraid to stay busy behind the scenes pulling orders, organizing inventory, restocking, and helping keep the store running smoothly.
Our store can be fast-paced, and there is almost always something that needs to be done. The right person for this position is someone who can work efficiently, stay organized, pay attention to details, and take initiative without needing to be constantly told what to do next.
What You'll Do
- Pull merchandise for online customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment or pickup
- Greet and assist customers shopping in the store
- Answer customer questions and help them find products
- Operate our POS system for purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions
- Handle basic cash transactions
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized displays
- Receive, count, organize, and put away incoming inventory
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts
- Locate inventory and troubleshoot discrepancies when needed
- Keep the sales floor, stock areas, and order fulfillment areas clean and organized
- Help prepare merchandise for new releases and promotions
- Assist with other day-to-day store operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Retail experience is helpful, but not required. We care more about finding people who are dependable, willing to learn, and take their job seriously.

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning and using a POS system
- Comfortable working with inventory and online orders
- Able to follow instructions and established processes
- Able to work independently after training
- Willing to take initiative when you see something that needs to be done
- Able to stand and move around for extended periods
- Able to lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed
- Available for as-needed weekend shifts
- Able to provide reliable transportation
Schedule
Our store hours are:
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays when needed
Scheduling will vary based on availability and the needs of the store.

Treasure Lilly Boutique is a locally owned women's clothing boutique with both an in-store and online customer base. Because we operate both sides of the business, this position isn't limited to traditional retail—you'll help with everything from assisting a customer in the store to fulfilling online orders and keeping thousands of pieces of inventory organized.
We're looking for people who want to become dependable members of our team and who take pride in doing things correctly and efficiently.
