We are hiring an Associate Center Director to join our Mathnasium Learning Center in Wyckoff. This role is ideal for aspiring leaders who are passionate about education, enjoy building relationships with families, and are motivated to develop the skills needed to lead a successful learning center.
As an Associate Center Director, you'll partner with the Center Director to help drive center performance through exceptional customer service, consultative sales, team leadership, and daily operations. This role serves as the primary development path toward becoming a Center Director within Fortis Franchise Group.
Fortis Franchise Group is the largest Mathnasium franchisee in the United States. What started as a single center in Central Florida has grown into more than 70 learning centers across 7 states, serving over 8,000 students.

As an Associate Center Director, you will:

Partner with the Center Director to oversee daily center operations
-
Deliver exceptional customer service to students and families
-
Conduct center tours, educational consultations, and enrollment conversations
-
Support enrollment growth through consultative sales and relationship building
-
Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing instructors
-
Help manage center scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiency
-
Monitor student progress and ensure an outstanding educational experience

Support local marketing initiatives and community partnerships

Assist with business performance, key performance indicators, and center goals

Step into leadership responsibilities in the Center Director's absence

Develop the knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead a Mathnasium Learning Center
