Job Summary:The Training Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling of training for newly hired and existing employees. The candidate will be responsible for the administration of company learning management system (LMS).
Essential Job Functions:

Coordinates employee training programs
-
Assess current online course content to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest ways to improve the employees' learning experience
-
Assists regional Training Specialists
-
Records and disseminates meeting memos and minutes
-
Maintains training records via Excel
-
Identify and assess audit results
-
Assists in content creation
-
Maintain compliance with all company policies and established procedures
-
Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect
-
Provide outstanding customer service
-
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
-
Basic nowledge of instructional design
-
Excellent time-management skills
-
Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-
Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies
-
Strong administrative and organizational skills
-
Great communication and interpersonal skills
-
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products
-
Associate’s degree preferred
-
Valid driver’s license with a positive abstract

Ability to commute to and from the office

Ability to detect, observe, and inspect work area to identify potential opportunities and concerns
