Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mechanic to join our facility team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. There will be opportunities for advancement to Shop / Maintenance Foreman or Manager.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment, including hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify faults accurately.
- Operate and maintain specialized tools including welding equipment (including our shop welding area), scissor lifts, and industrial lifts to access hard-to-reach areas safely.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and schematics for vehicles to diagnose complex system failures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Collaborate with field service teams and provide technical support.
Skills
- CDL Class A Driver's License will be required. Opportunity to obtain Class A CDL will be offered along with assistance to obtain.
- Extensive experience working with varying equipment types with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices.
- Hydraulics
- Diesel and Gas Engines
- Certified Mechanic License a plus.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams confidently.
- Skilled in welding techniques specific to Kleiman welding standards.
- Experience operating field service equipment such as forklifts safely.
- Strong customer service orientation combined with excellent communication skills in English.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
