Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Manage laundry services for clients when required
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow established safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Ensure all assigned areas meet quality standards before completing each job
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal and restocking supplies as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Nice-to-have skills include janitorial experience, custodial background, hotel housekeeping management, or experience with carpet cleaning and floor care
- Experience in customer service or hospitality industries such as hotels is advantageous
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures, laundry services, and general custodial duties is beneficial
- Candidates with a background in cooking or general housekeeping are encouraged to apply
