Part-Time Line Cook – Jus' Mac Kitchen & Bar (Houston Heights)
Jus' Mac Kitchen & Bar is looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Line Cook to join our team. We serve elevated comfort food with a focus on quality, consistency, and speed.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Stock and prep ingredients for service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Help keep ticket times fast while maintaining quality
- Assist with closing duties and kitchen cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
