Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with photo sessions, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate photography equipment safely and effectively, capturing high-quality images that meet guest expectations
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing information about photo packages, event details, and resort amenities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the photo area, equipment, and supplies to ensure a professional environment
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating conflict management skills when necessary
- Support event operations by assisting with guest services, crowd control, and managing flow during busy periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in events management or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Experience in guest services or hospitality environments, especially within resorts or entertainment venues
- Working with children experience to comfortably engage with young guests during photo sessions
- Public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences and promote services effectively
