Role Summary
We are seeking a warm, friendly, and professional Scheduler / Patient Care Coordinator to support our clinical team. This individual is often the first point of contact for our patients and must enjoy helping people feel welcomed, informed, and supported.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and patient inquiries
- Schedule qEEG brain maps and neurofeedback sessions
- Manage provider calendars across multiple locations
- Assist with new patient intake and paperwork
- Verify basic insurance information when necessary
- Provide appointment reminders and follow-up communication
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in medical scheduling or front office preferred
- Prior work in neurology, mental health, PT/OT, or chiropractic helpful
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Excellent phone presence and communication
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Passion for patient care and brain health
