HR & Administration Generalist
Location: Norcross

Reports To: Head of HR and Administration
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, including HR and benefits administration, HR operations analytics, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Technology environment with various stakeholders within a portfolio of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration:
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other perks.
- Process employee benefit elections, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits information.
- Process employee benefit queries/issues in a timely and customer friendly manner
HR Operations:
- Maintain day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct employee verifications
- Coordinate employee events and training sessions
- Support audits as needed
Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics and trends.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Prepare regular HR reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Provide guidance on legal issues related to HR.
Recruitment
· Support Talent Acquisition by posting open roles
· Sourcing and screening candidates
· Scheduling interviews
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR administration, with at least 1 year in a generalist role. Experience in benefits administration and HR analytics is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems. ADP and BSwift experience preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Qualifications:
