Role Overview: Inside Sales Marketing Account Managers, known as Marketing Advisors are pivotal in fostering client relationships. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal abilities. Marketing Advisors must be committed to the success of our clients and adept at adapting to their evolving needs.
While this role does not involve design, creative work, or ad placement, Marketing Advisors must understand the objectives and components of our digital marketing platform. Successful client relationships typically rely heavily on excellent communication, digital marketing acumen, and organization habits that ensure follow through of deliverables in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. With a strong focus on client retention.
- Collaborate with clients to discuss the outcomes and benefits of their personalized marketing programs.
- Understand and explain the purpose and goals of various aspects of our digital marketing platform.
- Maintain and manage schedules, CRM systems, and internal communications.
- Increase recurring revenues through upselling, referrals, and new client sales.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Advertising Agency Account Rep, Inside Sales Representative or as a Dental Office Manager.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads and SEO.
- Proven track record of helping clients grow their business and revenue.
- Proficiency in managing a Google calendar, CRM systems, and internal communication tools.
- Reliable, committed, and focused on doing what’s right.
- Goal-oriented with a desire for growth opportunities.
Compensation:
- This is a salaried position with performance bonuses.
- Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401K and monthly bonus compensation.
Bonus Compensation:
Monthly bonuses are paid out for the following:
- Client retention based on the percentage of retained clients
- Hype bonus for client testimonials, reviews, etc.
- Upsell bonus for increasing monthly recurring revenues
- Project completion bonuses
This is a fully remote position with no required travel. The full time schedule is Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern time.
