We are seeking a Harvest/Post-Harvest Specialist to join our team in the cannabis industry! If you’re a motivated, reliable, and hard-working individual who can take on a variety of tasks, we want you. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is ready to stay active all day, lead by example, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

All harvest Jobs. Cutting/Running/Hanging/loading Etc.

Accurately weigh out cannabis products

Grind marijuana to meet specific quality standards.

Run joint rolling machines to produce high-quality cannabis joints.

Package products efficiently and accurately.

Take on a variety of post-harvest tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Lead by example, supporting and motivating team members.
Qualifications:

Must have an OLCC permit
-
Must be able to stand, bend and lift for 8 hours a day.

Strong work ethic with the ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift.

A versatile "jack of all trades" who enjoys tackling a variety of tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.

Experience in the cannabis industry

Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards.

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.

Must be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
