SoBol Duxbury is seeking enthusiastic shift leaders who enjoy connecting with customers and creating a positive café experience. Team members serve blended fruit bowls and smoothies in a fast-paced, welcoming environment while keeping the café organized and delivering excellent service. Shift leaders are primarily responsible for opening and closing the cafe. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, hardworking, and brings a good sense of humor. Work hours range from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week available
Starting pay: $16.00 per hour plus tips

Candidate Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Willing to learn new skills
- Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to follow company policies and health standards
- Physically able to reach, bend, climb stairs, and frequently lift up to 20 lbs
Responsibilities include:
- Making açaí bowls, smoothies, and blends
- Cutting and preparing fruit
- Following hygiene and sanitation procedures consistently
- Maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Overseeing daily café operations, including store opening and closing
- Coaching team members to ensure smooth operations
- Running POS registers and handling cash accurately
- Keeping the café clean and organized
- Communicating urgent or serious issues to the General Manager
