Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Construction Restoration to lead and oversee complex restoration projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success and foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by restoring properties efficiently and effectively. This position is eligible for commission based on project completion
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction restoration projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget targets
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations with HeavyBid or comparable tools, and contract negotiations
- Oversee site safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and construction management software to track project documentation, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports
- Ensure accurate project documentation including schematics, contracts, change orders, and daily logs for transparency and accountability
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on restoration projects or similar fields
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or equivalent tools
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
- Familiarity with contracts negotiation and administration within the construction industry
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication channels
- Knowledge of project scheduling principles combined with practical experience in construction management practices

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
