The Leadman oversees and directs assigned team members, emphasizing effective communication with the field manager. Duties encompass leading and directing crews, training and developing field employees, ensuring work quality and safety, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills and sound judgment, while providing accurate insights into field problems and supporting the company’s needs.
