As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Frontier in the community connecting directly with local residents, introducing internet, TV, and wireless solutions, and helping people discover the services that work best for them.
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
- Meet directly with local residents to introduce Frontier's internet, TV, and wireless services.
- Build real connections by listening to what customers need and matching them with solutions that fit their household.
- Break down available services, current promotions, pricing, and installation details in a way that's easy to understand and genuinely helpful.
- Walk customers through the enrollment process while keeping the experience welcoming and professional from start to finish.
- Contribute to daily sales goals through meaningful conversations and a personalized approach to every interaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer conversations, enrollments, and sales activity.
- Team up with fellow Customer Communications Agents to strengthen community outreach, support local marketing, and hit shared goals together.
