Key Qualifications:

Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct counseling and crisis intervention services to 8th-grade students
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and establish intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that support student success academically, socially, and emotionally
- Lead and participate in meetings, such as IEPs or 504 plans, offering professional recommendations
- Support social-emotional learning initiatives and foster positive behavior among students
