Founders Grove is seasonally inspired garden venue looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our freelance event staff. We are a garden-inspired wedding and event venue known for providing warm, upscale hospitality and exceptional beverage service.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in bartending, serving, catering, or hospitality who enjoys working beautiful events in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional, upscale beverage service for weddings, chef dinners, and private events.
- Set up, stock, and serve, maintain beverage service.
- Work alongside our team and our catering partners to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Serve and assist guests with a friendly, polished, and professional attitude.
- Help keep the venue and beverage service clean, organized, and polished.
- Support the venue team wherever needed to create an exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Hospitality, bartending, serving, or catering experience required.
- A positive attitude and strong sense of urgency.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Evening and weekend availability.
Schedule
This is a freelance, event-based position. Shifts are scheduled based on our upcoming event calendar and may include weddings, workshops, chef dinners, private events, and seasonal celebrations.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
