American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for overnight shifts at a hospital-based radiology department in the Salem, MA area, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARRT certification.

Position is based in a Radiology - MRI department with rotating coverage between two sites: Salem Hospital and an outpatient imaging center in Peabody, MA

Schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, and Saturday overnight 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (36 hours per week)

Uses Siemens MRI scanners

Charting is done in Epic
-
Floating within the department is required

Rotating shifts are required

Holiday coverage is required on a rotating basis

Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience required

ARRT (MR) required; ARMRIT also accepted

Active MA license required; conditional or pending MA licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable

BLS certification required (AHA only; Red Cross not accepted at this facility)

Siemens MRI scanner experience required

Phlebotomy skills required

Proficiency with Outlook and strong interpersonal skills required

Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and may be subject to a reduced pay rate
