Position Overview:
As a Cabinetry Project Manager, you will be a key player in our company's success, overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in project management, estimating, drafting using AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision, and field supervision will be critical in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of our construction endeavors. This role demands proactive leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail to drive project success.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision to draft accurate project plans, blueprints, and designs.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- - Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project expenses and track against budget allocations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated experience in estimating project costs accurately.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- OSHA certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
