At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Allentown. This position involves supporting daily warehouse operations by handling materials, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Shift patterns
- 3rd shift Monday to Friday 11:00 pm to 6:30 am
Pay rates
- 17.50 - 19.50 USD hourly
- Overtime opportunities available
Essential requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Ability to use RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Basic computer or tablet skills for entering and verifying information
- Ability to follow digital pick lists or electronic work instructions
- Comfortable learning new warehouse technology and systems
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience
- Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Strong soft skills including teamwork, communication, reliability, adaptability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and a positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
