Centennial Healthcare and Rehabilitation a LTC facility in West, Philadelphia is seeking a FT Occupational Therapist to join their team.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Master's/Doctorate Degree (Preferred)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish and Implements patient's therapy program and plan of care to ensure maximum potential for recovery
- Work with other co-workers of the rehabilitation team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient
- Direct patients, families and other members of the team in the skills/techniques of the OT program.
- Complete the required documentation in line with Centennials's policy, state and federal regulations.
