As a Brew Specialist - Barista, you will be at the heart of our resort’s guest experience, crafting exceptional coffee and specialty beverages with precision and care. You will engage with guests, understand their preferences, and create personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression. This role requires a blend of technical skill, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages in accordance with resort standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide recommendations and answer questions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and surrounding areas.
Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and industry best practices.
Support inventory management, including ordering supplies and ensuring minimal waste.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred, ideally in a high-end hospitality or resort setting.
Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
