About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical guardian of our operational uptime by ensuring complex machinery and facility systems perform at peak capacity. You will leverage your technical expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to resolve equipment challenges, directly impacting our production output and facility safety.
Responsibilities-
Execute proactive preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of critical industrial assets.

Diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to minimize operational downtime.

Lead the installation and calibration of new machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines.

Maintain rigorous documentation of all repairs and inspections to support data-driven maintenance scheduling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and manage spare parts inventory effectively.

Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance during all repair and facility upkeep tasks.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.

Expertise in using diagnostic tools, power tools, and hand tools for precision repairs.

Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating industrial workspaces.

Technical certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial automation.

Demonstrated experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and safety compliance.
