We are looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses for our facility, East View Healthcare & Rehabilitation, in Houston, to care for our residents/ patients and facilitate their clinical care. Candidates should have a valid license to work in Texas/have a Multi-state license. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and a team player. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patients’ well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a LVN/ LPN
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

- Valid Texas LVN nursing license/ Multi-state License from a compact state

Duties:
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
