Become the Chiropractic Physician You Set Out to Be.
There comes a point in every chiropractor's career when you have to decide what kind of doctor you want to become.
If you're looking for a practice where success is measured only by patient volume, we may not be the right fit.
But if you're passionate about rehabilitation, movement, patient education, and evidence-informed musculoskeletal care—and want mentorship to become an exceptional clinician—we'd love to meet you.
Reset Chiropractic & Wellness Center has proudly served Bloomingdale and the surrounding communities since 2008.
Our mission is simple: Move Well. Move Often. Live Pain Free.
We combine chiropractic care with rehabilitation, movement assessment, exercise prescription, massage therapy, radial shockwave therapy, and patient education to help patients achieve lasting results.
We're seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractic Physician who wants to build a long-term career in a collaborative, rehabilitation-focused private practice.
What You'll Do
As an Associate Chiropractic Physician, you will:
- Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-informed chiropractic care.
- Prescribe and progress rehabilitation exercises.
- Educate patients so they become active participants in their recovery.
- Collaborate with massage therapists and other chiropractic physicians.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate professionally with referring providers.
- Participate in community outreach and practice growth initiatives.
- Teach our RESET Fitness Small Group Exercise Program and community educational workshops using established practice protocols.
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time position.
Our patient schedule includes daytime hours and some evening patient hours.
We believe maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important. As a result, there are no regularly scheduled weekend patient hours. Occasional weekend participation may be requested for pre-scheduled community events, educational workshops, or marketing outreach activities.
Schedules are developed collaboratively to meet both patient needs and support a healthy work-life balance.
Who We're Looking For
We are ideally seeking a chiropractic physician with 2–3 years of experience practicing in a rehabilitation-focused chiropractic office.
We will also strongly consider exceptional new graduates who have intentionally prepared for a movement-based career through advanced education and meaningful rehabilitation-focused clinical experience prior to graduation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Illinois chiropractic license (or eligibility)
- McKenzie Method® Part A & Part B (MDT)
- Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Level 1
- Motion Palpation Institute: Spine
- Strong foundation in exercise prescription, patient education, and evidence-informed musculoskeletal care
For experienced chiropractors, rehabilitation experience should have been gained in a practice where corrective exercise and active rehabilitation were integral parts of patient care.
For exceptional new graduates, meaningful experience working in a rehabilitation-focused chiropractic practice prior to graduation is strongly preferred.
Mentorship & Professional Development
You'll work directly with Dr. Erin Strauch-Ducat, DC, FACO, DACRB, FMS, SFMA, President of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, and a clinician passionate about mentoring the next generation of rehabilitation-focused chiropractic physicians.
Mentorship includes:
- Clinical reasoning
- Rehabilitation programming
- Documentation and insurance compliance
- Marketing (internal, external, social media, and content creation)
- Community outreach
- Practice growth and leadership
Associates interested in expanding their clinical skill set will also have the opportunity to receive optional training in internal pelvic floor therapy.
The practice also provides financial support for advanced certifications, including MDT, FMS, SFMA, and other approved continuing education.
