The Expediter is the liaison between the line cooks and the food servers. Responsibilities include ensuring the food order is complete and taken from the line to the guest in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors wait times for food tickets as they arrive to the kitchen.
- Works with front of house restaurant team on appropriate menu explanations, ingredients, allergies, etc.
- Understands menu ingredients to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
- Assist in food deliveries if necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager(s)
