Position Summary
The Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager oversees residential restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through final completion. This role combines field expertise, project coordination, customer communication, and problem-solving to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We're looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively, adapts to changing conditions, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years residential construction Project Management experience
- Minimum 5 years hands on residential construction experience (carpentry, painting, framing, drywall, or similar trades)
- Strong understanding of residential construction materials, vendors, budgeting, and scheduling
- Minimum 2 years experience using a CRM database
- Minimum 2 years experience using Xactimate, Change Orders, and Supplements
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with industry TPAs and Subcontractors
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office programs
- 3+ years experience working with insurance adjusters
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Forecast project needs and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and internal staff
- Distribute scopes of work and project information promptly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across teams
- Prepare work plans, change orders, and status reports
- Track project progress, analyze performance, and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide weekly updates to clients and office staff
- Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
