Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Quotation Specialist to support the development and management of customer quotations. This role involves analyzing requirements, preparing pricing, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while working collaboratively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and gather all necessary information for quote preparation, including drawings and documentation
- Prepare and submit quotes through customer portals within required deadlines
- Interpret customer specifications and match products accordingly
- Analyze materials and product content to develop accurate pricing
- Collaborate with sales, quality control, purchasing, and sourcing teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Track and manage all quotations to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support data collection and pricing analysis for decision-making
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (manufacturing or technical environment preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Knowledge of industrial components (mechanical, electrical, fasteners, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in inside/outside sales or quotation processes preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $29.00 per hour
