Jr. Bookkeeper – Immediate
1 + years bookkeeping experience.
A working knowledge of the Stock Trading or Financial industries is a plus.
Experience with Intuit Quickbooks accounting software is preferred.
Assist various clients with monthly bookkeeping activities to include general ledger analysis, closing activities and other accounting procedures as needed.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Calculating and/or recording accruals and other journal entries
- Recording accounts receivable and payable.
- Preparing payroll and sales tax returns.
