As a Service BDC Agent, you’ll be the voice of our service department, assisting customers with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming service calls and internet inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Provide friendly, professional communication and support
- Assist customers with questions and confirm appointment details
- Make outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and CSI outreach
- Work closely with the Service BDC Manager to achieve department goals
- Perform other duties as assigned as the department grows
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Motivated to meet goals and deliver great customer service
