What You'll Do:
As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll:
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, activities, and outings
- Assist clients with daily living needs — bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help with errands or appointments
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor or nurse
- Follow personalized care plans and collaborate with our care team to ensure quality service
Requirements:
- PCA (Personal Care Assistant) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification and experience required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
- Must pass a background check and meet state eligibility requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and perform physical caregiving tasks as needed
