Job Description
The Back Door is seeking friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to provide exceptional service in our luxury cocktail lounge and speakeasy. Our servers play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide attentive table service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver drinks and menu items promptly
- Educate guests on cocktails, menu offerings, and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- Process guest payments accurately
- Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
