What You'll Do:
- Generate new residential customers through canvassing efforts
- Educate homeowners about our pest control services and solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
- Follow proven sales systems and processes
- Track activity and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
What We're Looking For:
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Reliable follow-through and personal accountability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
No pest control experience required. If you've sold before, you'll likely ramp up quickly. If not, we'll train you.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% Commission-Based Position
- Average commission of $175 paid upfront per sale
- Additional $50 paid after 6 months per retained customer
- $150 Training Bonus per sale during your first 2 months (based on activity goals and completion of training videos)
