Job Summary
Guaranteed Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. This position focuses on providing in-home therapy services, including adult home care and pediatric patients, while ensuring Medicare-compliant documentation and treatment delivery.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $50 – $70+ per hour (based on experience & visit type)
- Annual Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000+
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients (adult and pediatric) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a home care setting
- Address functional limitations related to daily living, mobility, and development
- Ensure all documentation meets Medicare guidelines and compliance standards
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and safety
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania (required)
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Experience in home health and/or pediatric therapy preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and documentation standards strongly preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
