Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLPA licensure (or eligibility) in the state
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to implement IEP goals and collect data
- Comfortable reporting to a supervisor virtually
- Adaptable and organized, able to manage a caseload between two locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct treatment sessions for students under the supervision of a remote SLP
- Assist with assessments and the implementation of speech and language interventions
- Support students with communication-related needs across diverse elementary classrooms
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes as requested by the supervising SLP
- Participate in team meetings, contributing valuable insights for student growth
- Travel between two locations within the district as needed
