Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Hatter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hat-shaping and a keen eye for detail. As a Hatter, you will be responsible for shaping and decorating hats that meet our customers' specifications. This role requires both artistic talent and technical skills in hat production.
Duties
- Design and create unique hat styles based on customer requests and current fashion trends.
- Select appropriate materials, including fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each hat design.
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new designs and improve existing products.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hat-making or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills.
- Ability to work with various materials and tools used.
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity and an eye for design are highly valued.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
