We’re expanding our New Orleans team and bringing on a Client Support Representative to help keep daily communication, customer support, and account activity running smoothly.
This is an entry level Client Support Representative role built for someone who prefers learning by doing. You’ll be working directly with customers, helping answer questions, keeping interactions organized, and supporting ongoing outreach efforts. As a Client Support Representative, your role is to make sure every interaction is clear, consistent, and handled the right way.
What you’ll be doing as a Client Support Representative:
- Meet with customers in-person and introduce services
- Help customers understand next steps, updates, and available options
- Keep communication organized so nothing gets missed or delayed
- Support follow-ups and ongoing relationship-building efforts
- Work alongside other Client Support Representative team members to stay aligned
- Assist with tracking daily interactions and basic activity updates
- Learn how communication directly supports sales and customer retention
