This is a performance-driven position where effort, consistency, and attitude directly determine income and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads and convert them into appointments and sales
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers
- Follow up consistently with leads and past customers
- Manage customer interactions in CRM systems
- Assist customers through the sales and financing process
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to meet goals
- Stay current on inventory and dealership offerings
What We Are Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Active social media presence is required
- Coachable and willing to learn our process
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Sales experience is a plus, not required
- Valid driver’s license required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
