Role Description
Minas Studio is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing agency. This is a part-time, hybrid role ideal for a marketing student who wants hands-on experience working directly with clients, social media, and business operations.
You will work closely with the founders and assist in keeping projects organized, clients informed, and marketing campaigns running smoothly.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently in the 3rd year or beyond of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Experience using Canva.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency with common digital marketing and productivity tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools, spreadsheets, project management software).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work on-site in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Preferred
- Basic photography or videography knowledge is a plus.
