Job Title: Production Line Worker (Sanitation Support During Downtime)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Line Workers. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production operations while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. During scheduled downtime or between production runs, employees may be assigned to assist with sanitation and cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects
- Package, label, and prepare materials for distribution
- Maintain accurate production records as required
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment, work areas, and tools during downtime
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with established guidelines
- Support team members and supervisors in meeting daily production goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to assist with sanitation and cleaning duties as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of workplace safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
