What You'll Do
- Service and maintain basement waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation repair systems.
- Perform warranty work and diagnose customer concerns.
- Recommend repair or upgrade solutions when needed.
- Install service products according to company quality and safety standards.
- Complete job documentation using a tablet.
- Deliver a remarkable customer experience on every job.
Qualifications
- Construction, mechanical, or related trade experience preferred.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working in basements, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces.
- Basic tablet or smartphone skills.
