Job Summary:
Browns Ice Cream is seeking a highly organized and experienced warehouse employee to help our warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, stocking, and down-stacking of product. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid understanding of warehouse management and a focus on safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
Qualifications:
- Forklift operator certified.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
