Top Sector Communications, LLC. is a communications company based out of Raleigh - Durham, NC looking for motivated, dependable, and driven tower technicians of all skill/experience levels to work in the NC, SC, and surrounding markets. Pay will be based upon skill level and work ethics. Hotels will be provided by the employer, 35.00/Day Per Diem, PTO and Employee benefits available after eligibility period has been met. To ensure a healthy work – life balance, rotations are flexible. Workload will consist of multiple carriers to include AT&T, T-Mobile, and Dish Network.
We are also in the market for new Sub Contractors to provide services for the same Carriers.

**Qualifications & Responsibilities: **
* Follow of all safety policies and guidelines. No exceptions to safety.
* Ability to climb and work at heights up to 400’ for up 12 hours each day.
* Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with job duties and requirements.
* Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, scaffolding, etc.
* Safe and proper material handling.
* Must be willing to work overtime, including evening hours if asked.
* Work away from home and on the road for up to 6 weeks.
* Must pass a drug screen and background check.
* Tower climbing experience required. Certifications desired.
* Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
* Must be able to squat, stretch, bend and lift 75lbs.
* Prefer experience conducting PIM, sweep, and fiber testing. Certifications desired.
* Familiar with proper rigging procedures and the ability to make decisions in a pinch.
* Ability to comprehend and follow market standards for each Carrier.
* Ability to learn, understand, and follow proper troubleshooting steps for each Carrier.
* Ability to properly use electronics and corresponding programs.
* Ability to perform site logins, document work through emails, electronic reports, and carrier closeout requirements.
* Must have a sense of urgency, strong mindset, and ability to be held accountable.
* Ability to safely operate and inspect power and hand tools that are required.
* Ability to interface professionally and respectfully with coworkers and customers.
