Job Summary
We are expanding and seeking a motivated and reliable Showing Agent to assist with property showings in beautiful age-qualified land lease communities throughout the St. Augustine area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to focus strictly on showings—no contracts, negotiations, or paperwork required.
No real estate license is required for this position. However, this is the perfect part-time opportunity for a licensed agent who wants to earn extra income without the stress of managing transactions, negotiating deals, or handling paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Meet prospective buyers at scheduled appointments
- Show mobile homes within designated communities
- Provide basic information about homes and community amenities
- Communicate buyer feedback to the lead owner/broker
- Ensure homes are secure after each showing
What This Role Does NOT Include:
- No contract negotiations
- No listing agreements
- No transaction coordination or paperwork
Qualifications:
- Real estate license is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and organized
- Reliable transportation
