Lead Technician / Remodeler / Handyman

We are seeking a skilled, independent, and client-focused Lead Technician with remodeling or handyman experience to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Lead Technician, you will complete a variety of remodeling, maintenance, and repair projects while delivering an excellent client experience. Projects may include drywall, carpentry, demo, and non-licensed plumbing and electrical work.
You will manage projects from start to finish, including problem solving, materials purchasing, client communication, jobsite cleanup, and documentation. While much of the work is independent, you will also collaborate with team members and have support from our project management and office staff.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time salaried position
- Typical schedule: 40–44 hours/week
- Salary equivalent to $35-$40/hour, based on experience

Typical work schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8am–4pm
- Wednesday: 7am–3pm (team meeting included)
Responsibilities
- Complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Deliver excellent customer service and client communication
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Purchase materials as needed
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Enter project notes, photos, and material expenses after each job
- Support positive team culture and company growth
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of remodeling, handyman, technician, or related experience
- Experience with:
- Drywall
- Carpentry
- Demo work
- Non-licensed plumbing and electrical work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle required (truck preferred)
- Personal cell phone and basic tools required
- Willingness to complete a background check
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
