Senior Business & Technology Transformation Advisor
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Senior Business & Technology Transformation Advisor partners with internal business and technology stakeholders to assess current-state capabilities, define future-state operating needs, and develop practical roadmaps that enable organizational and technology change. This role leads discovery, analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities to identify challenges, opportunities, capability gaps, and solution options across complex business functions.
Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Engineering, and other technical teams, the role translates business objectives into actionable recommendations, future-state capabilities, and prioritized initiatives. The position combines hands-on analysis with workshop facilitation to support informed decision-making, investment planning, and successful business transformation.
This role operates with a high degree of independence and is responsible for shaping initiatives and providing strategic direction, but is not accountable for day-to-day project management or project delivery execution

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiative Shaping
Lead project initiation activities, including problem framing, scoping, objectives, and success measures.
Facilitate discovery workshops and working sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
Build a shared understanding of business challenges, opportunities, priorities, and desired outcomes.

Business Capability Assessment
Assess current-state business capabilities, processes, and operating practices.
Perform capability mapping and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities and future-state needs.
Evaluate organizational impacts, dependencies, constraints, and readiness factors.
Facilitate the definition of future-state capabilities, processes, and operating approaches required to achieve business objectives.
Create business capability assessments, future-state recommendations, and decision materials that support planning and investment decisions.
Design and Solution Evaluation
Analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
Partner closely with Product Engineering and technical stakeholders to shape solution direction, evaluate options, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
Assess solution alternatives, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
Develop recommendations that balance business value, organizational impact, and delivery feasibility.
Present findings and recommendations to support stakeholder decision-making.
Roadmap Development
Develop practical roadmaps that translate future-state capabilities into actionable initiatives.
Prioritize work based on business value, dependencies, organizational readiness, and delivery feasibility.
Identify key milestones, sequencing considerations, risks, and implementation impacts.
Support initiative planning by ensuring clear alignment between desired outcomes and delivery activities
Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership
Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
Facilitate alignment and decision-making among stakeholders with competing priorities.
Communicate recommendations, risks, impacts, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Influence initiative direction and drive consensus without direct authority.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, solution design, process improvement, organizational transformation, or related roles supporting business and technology change.
Experience defining future-state processes, capabilities, or operating approaches.
Experience evaluating business and technology solution options and presenting recommendations.
Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, MarTech platforms)
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience leading discovery and initiative shaping activities.
Experience supporting cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
Experience developing business cases, recommendations, and decision materials.
Background in process improvement, solution design, or organizational change.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
None required.
Preferred: Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA), Business Architecture certification, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, or strategic planning are a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Operates effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments
Skilled in business process mapping, process analysis, and process modeling using tools such as Lucidchart.
Experience with business capability mapping, capability assessments, value stream analysis, and gap analysis.
Ability to assess current-state and future-state business capabilities and translate findings into practical roadmaps and initiatives
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and decision-support skills.
Balances strategic thinking with practical implementation considerations.
Drives alignment and builds confidence across business and technology stakeholders.
Focused on achieving practical, actionable outcomes.
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agentic AI solutions, and intelligent automation concepts preferred
Knowledge of change management principles and practices preferred.
SALARY:
Hiring Range: $105,876 - $126,990
Discretionary bonus based on company performance

The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time.
